Mind blowingly efficient. We used the service on Easter Sunday, within an hour of making contact, a very professional, well equipped and kind doctor arrived at our hotel door step. Amazing service and honestly reasonably priced for the standard of service received.

My wife injured herself getting to our flight to Capetown, so she was in need of stitches to her leg upon arrival. Our Hotel called Concierge Medical Services and shortly after arrived Dr. Kate. She did a superb job, was extremely polite and professional, and thanks to her we overcame our fears and continued our trip reassured. I am not even sure there is enough room on this page to express my gratitude to Dr Kate who helped my mother who traveled from the US to Cape Town and ended up in the hospital for a month with 2 surgeries. She stayed in contact the entire time with us went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my mom wasn’t alone. She was compassionate, empathetic, and informative!! Without question the best hotel doctor visit you could have scripted. Staying at the Cape Grace Hotel, we needed some medical assistance and a knowledgeable, affable and helpful doctor arrived within 20 minutes of our call to the hotel reception. Would recommend without hesitation.
