What CMS Provides (Included in Monthly Fee)

For the fixed monthly fee of R2,950.00 (Excl. VAT) / R3,392,50 (VAT Inclusive) to AGMS, for access to CMS services, you will receive:

  • 24/7 Medical Support Line for guidance, triage, and initial support

  • Integrated medical oversight and coordination of care across providers

  • Case navigation and referrals, continuity planning, and oversight by CMS doctors

  • Emergency response coordination and assistance (ambulance, evacuation, repatriation support)

  • Hospital admission support and liaison with treating teams

  • Guidance on medical suppliers (pharmacies, labs, radiology, allied health)

  • Insurance documentation support and claims guidance

What is NOT included:

  • Telemedicine consultations (per consultation fee)

  • Doctor call-outs / home visits (per visit fee) – Cape Town and winelands only

  • Pathology, radiology, pharmacy items, and consumables

  • Specialist consultations, hospital costs, ambulance services, evacuations

  • Clinical procedures performed by third-party providers

  • Medical aid, GAP cover, deposits, or Guarantees of Payment (GOPs)
